1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All accessories, inserts, and promotional items must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

  • Opened or used fragrance bottles.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or customized products.

3. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement products are shipped after the original item has been approved.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
