At Ollivier, we understand that receiving your order promptly is an important part of your shopping experience. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected before it leaves our fulfillment center to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the next business day.
  • During holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping methods depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping
  • Priority Shipping (where available)

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 Business Days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 Business Days
  • International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

These delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping on qualifying orders.
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

  • International shipping availability varies by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.
  • Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery.

7. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Ollivier is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may be delayed.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
